Ajocin was founded in 1993 and incorporated in Scotland. The company's objective was to offer Engineering services to Scotland's oil and gas sector. Ajocin Group SA was created in Switzerland in January 2019. The company was conceived as a research and development IT engineering firm committed to transforming emerging technology into practical business solutions. Since Ajocin’s inception, this goal has been the consistent lead theme for our expert team’s work and the company’s vision.

Ijeoma Aghanya is a seasoned regulatory compliance expert with over 20 years of experience across multiple international jurisdictions including the UK FCA, Swiss FINMA, Bermuda BMA, and the US SEC. His roles have ranged from Junior Compliance Officer to Head of Compliance, demonstrating remarkable leadership skills and regulatory acumen.
Possessing exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, Ijeoma has managed teams, overseen investment and back-office operations, and provided valuable advice to all levels of management. He's also trained staff on ethical obligations and AML requirements and assessed the impact of regulatory changes.
Ijeoma is a UK qualified Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA in Finance from Manchester Business School, making him a significant asset in the evolving financial landscape.
